We all have trouble sleeping occasionally

It seems like everyone I talk to has had problems getting to sleep at least a few times in their life. It could be caused by something as simple as having your room at the wrong temperature, or you might just be stressed out from work and your mind cannot settle down. Or there is a huge list of other things it could be that are keeping you awake at night, but don’t give up hope, all you need to do is figure out what has interrupted your sleep pattern and then you can work on getting things back to normal.

Most people start looking for help after 2 days without any proper sleep. After a few days of not having a good nights sleep then you will find you have little energy, you have trouble concentrating (making driving dangerous) and you won’t be able to think as clearly so you will really struggle at work. So to get yourself back on track you need to sit down with a cup of coffee and think about exactly what has changed recently in your life.

I mean you were sleeping ok before this problem, so something has changed in your environment or life that has caused the problem, is your partner away and you miss the sound of their breathing and tossing and turning etc? If you are used to having noise at night like your partner breathing, then when it goes away the silence can be disconcerting, so consider investing in a 980a Sound Conditioner if you think that is the problem.

Sit down and really think about what has changed, you’ll soon realize what has and then you can start taking steps to rectify it (like getting air con if your room is too hot, or talking to your boss if your workload at work has drastically increased).
