When you bring your new baby home, you may not have considered all the things you might have to baby proof before your little bundle of joy begins to explore. As your new baby begins to crawl, one way to keep them safe is to limit their access to the house. Keep doors closed, and once they are tall enough to reach doorknobs, make sure there is a door knob cover. Check periodically to make sure it is still on correctly every so often. If your baby closes a door you need to keep open, such as a nursery door, simply keep a folded towel or blanket over the top to keep baby from locking himself in – or locking you out!
